A proud Birkenhead local, Mark grew up on the North Shore and knows it like the back of his hand, from his days as the local milk-boy to helping hundreds of families achieve their property goals. For Mark, real estate has never been just about property. It’s about people, and helping them move forward with confidence.
Delivering on the North Shore, Then and Now.
As a boy, Mark spent his afternoons delivering milk around Northcote Point, Birkenhead and Chatswood, running from door to door as the local milk boy and getting to know the neighbourhood one household at a time.
It was a simple job, but it taught him a lot. Turn up when you say you will. Take pride in your work. Treat people properly. And understand that trust is built through consistency, not promises.
Today, those same values shape how he approaches real estate. He knows these streets because he grew up on them, and he understands that behind every property is a family, a story, and an important next step. For Mark, it has always been about more than selling homes. It is about looking after people and delivering on his word, just as he always has.
