ANNA Farrands
Anna is a Birkenhead Point local who loves living within this vibrant community. Over the last 15 years that she has lived here, Anna has built an extensive network of friends, acquintances and colleagues, and is known for her friendly, relaxed approach. Her philosophy is based on a customer-first approach, and honesty and integrity are the cornerstones of the way she conducts her business.
With a degree in Commerce majoring in Property Valuation, and having previously worked as a Property Valuer, Anna combines her expertise in property with a strong communication skills, energy, and enthusiasm making her the perfect choice to represent you. She always strives to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.
Anna is married with two teenagers and enjoys regular exercise, spending time with her family and friends exploring the outdoors and socialising. You’ll find her most mornings walking the neighbourhood with her miniature sausage dog ‘Mr Beasley’ and schnauzer ‘Elvis’. Astrid Houlding
Astrid’s has worked for Harcourts since 2018 and together with her background in human resources and marketing, along with her organisational skills and ability to problem solve, helps contribute to Team Robinson’s success.
Astrid is exceptional at multi-tasking and getting the job done on time. She assists Mark and her team with a high level of efficiency & professionalism and strives to continually improve the quality of client relationships & services with her friendly, amicable and kind attitude.
Jason Yianakis
After a highly successful sales career, Jason stepped into the role of Sales Manager for the Birkenhead and Beach Haven offices. Having worked in Real Estate since 2009, Jason helped over 600 families achieve their real estate goals through multiple market conditions.
Jason is a passionate investor and utilises his skill sets in his own life with renovating and adding value to properties. He is a keynote speaker at the Property Investment Seminars for Cooper and Co.
With a proven record of success in sales combined with Interior Design and Online Marketing expertise, Jason is well-positioned to assist his salespeople to rapidly grow their business with proven and replicable systems, aiding them to deliver superior service to their clients.

Andrew North
Andrew has proudly represented New Zealand as an auctioneer and is the current New Zealand and Australasian Auctioneer of the Year. He is an integral member of the Harcourts Cooper & Co auctioneering team.
Andrew is widely accepted and recognised as one of the country’s leading auctioneers. He has the ability to relax and read a crowd, and is committed to creating an amazing experience for all in attendance. Operating and calling auctions in the COVID environment has been and still is an amazing experience. It requires a new skill set with no crowd to feed off. Andrew likens the energy to that of a trading room and continues to work hard to develop his ‘virtual auction’ skill set.
Award winning, prepared to go the extra mile, doing what other auctioneers are not prepared to do and having an attitude of gratitude have contributed to Andrew becoming one of the most sought after auctioneers throughout the country.
Andrew says he was delighted to win the NZ & Australasian Auctioneer Of The Year title in 2018/2019 and feels privileged to once again be recognised by his peers.
